Appointments

Appointments can be booked online at your convenience. A booking deposit is required to secure your appointment.

Cancellations

We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in the loss of your booking deposit.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting other clients.

Payments

We accept all major payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Afterpay.

Privacy

Your personal information is collected solely for the purpose of providing our services and managing your appointments. We respect your privacy and will never share your information with third parties unless required by law.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are non refundable and are valid for three years from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
